The Cut Above Program

For some of our 6th and 7th Graders.  Harlem Children’s Zone assigns a student advocate to students at Choir that were enrolled in their 5th Grade Institute. The Student Advocate follows up on the progress, attendance and tutorial needs of the students.  She comes three times a week and spends two hours on-site in the Guidance office.  When necessary she contacts parents and makes home-visits to promote the academic success of these students.
