8th Grade

• Senior Prom will be held at the Alahambra Ballroom and the cost is $65.00
• Senior Trip will be held at the Holiday Hill and the cost is $70.00.
• Graduation Fees (Graduation, Cap and Gown, & Yearbook is $75.00)
• To secure a place with these venues we ask that each senior follow the payment plan. Failure to submit payments by due dates could result in the cancellation of the Senior Activies.

• First Payment: Wednesday, October 21, 2009 - $70.00
• Second Payment: Wednesday, December 16, 2009- $70.00
• Third Payment: Wednesday, January 20, 2010- $ 70.00

12th Grade

Senior Prom will be sponsored by Promoceans. It expected to take place on Friday, June 18, 2010 at Fino’s Restaurant , located on Beaver Street (downtown Manhattan).
This will cover the use of the facility, decorations, food and D.J. The cost of the prom is $125.00 per person.

The Senior Trip to Virginia is $300.00 (Payment due March 26th in Full). There is a non-
Refundable fee of $75.00 for the Virginia Trip. Senior Trip will take place the first week in June from the 4th thru the 6th

Cap and gown, as well as, yearbook money will be returned ONLY if the student does not graduate by August 2010. Cap and Gown, as well as, yearbooks will be distributed June 2010. These items will be maintained until August 2010 for summer graduates.
Students who paid for their yearbook will receive the item whether or not they graduate.
They will not receive a cap and gown if they have not met graduation requirements.

Please pay via money order only. The money order should be made out to Choir Academy of Harlem- Senior Dues and your child will receive a receipt for each
payment. (Sorry no cash or personal checks will be accepted).

Cap, Gown and Yearbook

The first payment of $ 70.00 is due by December 18th, 2009

Senior Trip

• 1st Payment is due Feb 19th, 2010 for $150.00.
• 2nd Payment is due March 19th, 2010 for $150.00 (Paid in Full).

Senior Pictures

Davis Studios will be responsible for taking the Senior Portraits. Pictures will take place on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 in the school’s auditorium. If your child is absent on that day, they will have an opportunity to retake their pictures on January 25, 2010.
Davis Studios will send your child’s proof and order form to your home address.

All payments should be given to Ms. Body.
